Energy does not end poverty, but you cannot end poverty without energy.

Energy Leadership

The pessimist complains about the wind; the optimist expects it to change; the leader adjusts the sails
— John Maxwell

Robert Hefner V is an entrepreneur, author, and speaker at the intersection of energy and technology. His businesses consume millions of kilowatt-hours (kWh) and produce billions of BTUs per month. He is also an Advisor in aerospace and defense, where there is a new space race afoot. Robert believed himself to be an expert in some areas, that is, until he got onto Twitter, where everyone is an expert at everything.

Despite his achievements, Hefner’s approach is characterized by humility and authenticity. He passionately believes in leading with integrity, asserting that individuals prefer to follow leaders who maintain their authenticity rather than those who claim perpetual correctness. This approach, coupled with his lighthearted take on the often serious world of energy policy and climate change, has endeared him to a diverse audience - including the respect of prominent figures such as Marc Andreessen, Meredith Angwin, Alex Epstein, and Mark P. Mills, among others.

About the Company

Hefner.Energy promotes the responsible, sustainable development of our global energy resources to lift nearly 1 billion people out of poverty – the most significant issue facing the world, according to the United Nations. It was founded in 2021 by Robert Hefner V to combat the increasingly destructive mischaracterizations of climate change and provide energy expertise on energy policy.

The reason that things are not simply black-and-white is that there are facts on both sides. Consider that the climate is warming and warmer air carries more moisture than cold air; more moisture in the air means more clouds and more clouds means less sunny days - solar to the moon!
